These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tvaritha (the "Service"), a platform that turns your photos and short inputs into finished social-media content and publishes it to your connected channels. Tvaritha is operated by The Marketing Craft ("Tvaritha", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for a business, professional, or organisational purpose. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. The Service

Tvaritha uses automated and AI systems to generate scripts, voiceovers, captions, images, and videos from the inputs you provide, and — when you connect and authorise them — publishes the results to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Credits & payments

The Service runs on prepaid credits. You purchase credits in advance (currently ₹1 = 10 credits), and generations draw down your balance.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes (including GST) apply and will be reflected on your invoice.
You are only charged for successful generations. A failed generation does not consume credits.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content & licence

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to the AI and media processors listed in our Privacy Policy). Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable credits, the finished content produced for you is yours to use for your business.

You represent that you own or have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates others, endangers minors, or violates the rules of the platforms you post to. You are solely responsible for the content you approve and publish. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect a social or business account, you authorise us to publish content on your behalf through that platform's API. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms.

7. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI, which can occasionally produce inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect results. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. We do not warrant that generated content will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Tvaritha name, logo, software, and platform are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our brand or technology except the right to use the Service as intended.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. On termination, unused credits are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific results, engagement, or business outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
