Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tvaritha, operated by The Marketing Craft ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service. By using Tvaritha you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, business/channel name, email, and password.
- Business profile & content: the business information, photos, ideas, and text you provide so we can generate content for you.
- Generated content: the scripts, voiceovers, captions, images, and videos we create for you.
- Connected accounts: when you link a social or business account, we receive access tokens that let us publish on your behalf. We do not receive your passwords for those platforms.
- Payment information: processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as amount and payment id); we do not store your full card details.
- Usage & technical data: log data, device/browser information, and how you use the Service, to operate and improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — generate content, manage your credits, and publish to your connected channels on your instruction.
- To process payments and send transactional emails (such as login and receipts).
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers & sub-processors
We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service. These currently include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Google (Gemini) — AI text and image generation.
- ElevenLabs — AI voiceover and audio generation.
- JSON2Video — video rendering.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Upload-Post and the social platforms you connect (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business) — to publish your content.
- Render — application hosting.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and security practices. Your Content is sent to the AI/media providers above only to produce the output you request.
4. Publishing on your behalf
When you approve a post, we publish it to the channels you have connected and authorised. Once published, that content is subject to the receiving platform's own privacy and data practices.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (such as your chosen language). We do not use these for third-party advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data and content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see below).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for connected accounts by disconnecting them. To exercise these rights, email support@tvaritha.com.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside India. Where your information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it is handled in line with this policy and applicable law.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
